Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Key Account Administration Manager to oversee key client accounts, ensure smooth administrative operations, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role involves coordinating account activities, managing client requirements, and supporting business growth through efficient service delivery and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end administration of leads for assigned key referral accounts.
  • Proactive monitoring and follow-up of unallocated, pending, and exception cases.
  • Coordination of administrative matters relating to integration, allocation, and platform discrepancies. Implementation of referral-platform updates in line with partner requirements and expectations.
  • Tracking of Memorandum of Sale (MOS) and Draft Contract Pack (DCP) for unallocated cases.
  • Verification that case information is complete, accurate, and aligned to referral-partner standards.
  • Preparation and maintenance of regular referral and case status reporting (weekly/monthly/Wednesdays).
  • Maintenance of internal trackers for referral volumes, turnaround times, and outstanding actions.
  • Review and validation of referral data to support invoicing and referral payment submissions.
  • Escalation of issues requiring guidance or decision-making to relevant managers.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role.
  • Ability to successfully manage and deliver all key referral-partner deliverables.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Willingness to work according to the UK calendar and UK shift times.
