Our client, a group of diversified companies that operates in unique segments of business is looking for an individual who can come on board and pave the way for the business to be future ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute corporate branding and category marketing strategies
  • Drive short-, mid-, and long-term marketing plans to achieve growth and profitability
  • Deliver category top line targets and manage P&Ls and budgets
  • Track market trends and consumer insights for informed decision making
  • Oversee product and sample development with cross-functional teams
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure timely execution
  • Lead and manage the category marketing team
  • Work closely with senior management, internal teams, and external partners.

Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • Full professional qualification in CIM / SLIM (MBA will be an added advantage) 
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
