About the Client:

They are seeking a driven Property Consultant to strengthen their sales team and support ongoing business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and build strong relationships with potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing outreach.
- Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information regarding features, pricing, documentation, and legal requirements.
- Negotiate effectively with buyers, sellers, and landlords to close successful property transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market trends, property laws, and available company listings.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, offers, and related documentation to clients.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to promote properties through campaigns and digital platforms.
- Ensure proper client follow-up and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, expos, and property exhibitions as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Sales Executive.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of the local property market and customer needs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Professional appearance with a pleasant and confident personality.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a target-driven environment.
- Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification.
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate will be an added advantage.
