About the Client

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new project sales opportunities in the AC and refrigeration sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and technical presentations to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to develop effective sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper records of sales activities, project pipelines, and client communications.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events when required.
Requirements
- Full or part professional qualification in Sales and Marketing.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Project sector in a similar capacity.
- Technical knowledge of AC and Refrigeration systems is an added advantage.
- Strong network and exposure to consultants and architects.
- Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and perform under pressure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Must possess a valid driving license.
