Job Overview

The Trainer (Senior Auditor) will conduct professional training programs, share auditing expertise, and support the development of professionals in relevant management systems and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs related to management systems, auditing, and relevant standards.
• Conduct engaging theoretical and practical training sessions.
• Develop and update training materials and assessments.
• Share practical auditing knowledge, industry experience, and best practices.
• Assess participants and provide constructive feedback.
• Support customized training programs based on client requirements.
• Maintain training records and participant evaluations.
• Stay updated on changes to standards, regulations, and industry practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in a relevant field.
• Recognized Auditor/Lead Auditor qualification in relevant management systems.
• Proven experience as a Senior Auditor/Lead Auditor.
• Strong knowledge of relevant ISO standards and auditing practices.
• Previous experience in training or professional course delivery.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage and train participants effectively.
