Job Overview

The Librarian will provide strategic leadership for the library system, driving digital transformation, technology-enabled learning, research support, and the development of future-ready learning spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the library as a vibrant hub for learning, collaboration, and research.
• Enhance access to digital and global knowledge resources through emerging technologies.
• Drive the integration of AI-enabled, data-driven, and digital learning tools.
• Support students, academics, researchers, and industry partners.
• Develop innovative and technology-enabled learning spaces.
• Strengthen digital library services, research resources, and information literacy initiatives.
• Collaborate with academic and international partners to enhance library services.
• Plan and manage library resources, operations, and services.
• Work closely with senior management on library strategy and development.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the library system.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in relevant fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a well-established library.
• Proven experience in library leadership and management.
• Strong understanding of digital libraries, emerging technologies, and AI-enabled learning.
• Ability to support research, digital scholarship, and information literacy.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Forward-thinking and technology-driven approach.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
