About the Client:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end production operations, ensuring smooth coordination of logistics, resources, and on-site setups.
• Prepare and manage production budgets, quotations, and cost estimates, maintaining transparency and efficiency across all projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Supervise on-ground event and production activities, ensuring execution aligns with creative concepts and client expectations.
• Work closely with creative, design, and client servicing teams to translate ideas into actionable production plans.
• Monitor project timelines and quality standards, proactively identifying and resolving operational challenges.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and communication flow between departments for effective project tracking.

Requirements

• Proven experience in production or event management, preferably within marketing, creative, or media industries.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent budget management and negotiation skills, with attention to accuracy and cost control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage field operations effectively.
