Job Overview

Our client is looking for a dynamic Executive – Sales & Marketing who will also handle Reservations and Banqueting operations. The role involves driving sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and coordinating reservations and event bookings to ensure a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate should be energetic, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle reservations and banqueting operations
•  Conduct sales visits, including visits to Colombo
• Support the sales and marketing team in achieving targets
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery

Qualifications

•  Prior experience in the hotel industry will be an added advantage
• Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and holidays
• Preference will be given to candidates based in Kandy
•  Accommodation will be provided on a sharing basis if required
•  Proficiency in English is essential
•  Strong sales skills
•  A pleasant and professional personality
•  Preferred age range: 20–35 years
