Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and develop the sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
Sales Manager - Corporate
- Full or part-time professional qualification in sales and marketing.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in the Corporate/ Dealer sector in a similar capacity.
- Previous experience in Electronics would be an added advantage.
- Ability to use initiative and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and strong team player with leadership qualities.
- Good interpersonal and people handling skills.
- Preferred age below 40 years.
- Possess a valid driving license.
Sales Manager - Projects
- Full or part professional qualifications in sales and marketing.
- Minimum of 02 to 03 years' experience in the Project sector in a similar capacity.
- Technical knowledge of AC and Refrigeration would be an added advantage.
- Proper exposure to consultants and architects would be an advantage.
- Ability to use initiative and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
- Preferred age below 40 years.
- Possess a valid driving license.
Sales Manager - Public Sector
- Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification; a degree or professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is an advantage.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in public-sector sales is a strong advantage).
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and tender procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Age preferably below 35 years.
