About the Role

Join our client, a leading Destination Management Company (DMC) in Sri Lanka, as a Service Fulfilment Executive.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, including suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Oversee end-to-end service fulfilment, including handling accommodations, guide allocation and activity coordination.
  • Monitor the tour expenses and coordinate technical visits.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to meet or exceed client expectations and address issues promptly.
  • Supervise and mentor service fulfillment coordinators for enhanced team performance.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize processes, using technology where suitable.
  • Execute contingency plans for minimal disruption during emergencies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and destination-specific information to enhance service offerings.

Candidate Profile:

  • The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the travel industry, particularly in Operations or a related field.
  • The candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of Sri Lanka's sightseeing attractions and travel-related aspects.
  • Key attributes should include strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick problem-solving capabilities.
  • A good command of English and computer literacy is essential.
