Responsibilities 

  • Formulate marketing and sales strategies for the marketing of apartments.
  • Execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Provide relevant and timely information to prospective customers to secure the sale of apartments.
  • Maintain a database of customer inquiries and follow up on sales leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create compelling marketing collateral and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Advise on long-term strategies for new property developments.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate, automobile or service sectors.
  • Possess strong networking skills and expertise in dealing with High-Net-Worth clientele.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Good understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achievement.
  • Age Between 30-45.
