Responsibilities
- Formulate marketing and sales strategies for the marketing of apartments.
- Execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Provide relevant and timely information to prospective customers to secure the sale of apartments.
- Maintain a database of customer inquiries and follow up on sales leads.
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling marketing collateral and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Advise on long-term strategies for new property developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate, automobile or service sectors.
- Possess strong networking skills and expertise in dealing with High-Net-Worth clientele.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achievement.
- Age Between 30-45.
