Job Overview: The Marketing Manager for Laboratory Operations will play a key role in promoting and expanding the hospitals laboratory services. This position requires strategic planning, market research, and hands-on execution of marketing campaigns to drive growth, increase market share, and enhance brand visibility within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hospitals laboratory services to healthcare providers, clinics, and corporate clients.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to expand the laboratorys client base and service portfolio.
- Collaborate with the laboratory operations team to ensure alignment between service offerings and market demand.
- Manage advertising campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms to raise awareness of the laboratorys capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including doctors, clinics, and corporate partners.
- Conduct competitor analysis and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and enhance service offerings.
- Organize and attend industry events, seminars, and conferences to network and promote the hospitals laboratory services.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A masters degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the healthcare or laboratory sector.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare and laboratory service operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
