Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Student Counsellor to join a leading private university. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the higher education sector and possess strong communication and marketing skills. This role involves promoting academic programmes, converting leads into enrollments, and supporting the institutions student recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the university's study programs to prospective students and stakeholders.
  • Follow up on leads and manage the conversion process to meet recruitment targets.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance student engagement and enrollment.
  • Provide guidance to prospective students regarding academic options and career pathways.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with institutional goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment data for reporting purposes.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a private university.
  • Proven track record in student recruitment, marketing, or academic counseling.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in handling recruitment targets and working in a performance-driven environment.
  • Age requirement: Not less than 27 years.
