Role Overview:

We seek a dynamic and driven *Sales Executive* to join our Colombo-based team. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with local clients, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A diploma or degree in business, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or healthcare-related roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and patient referral systems is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala/Tamil; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and represent Hospital Groups services to individual clients and corporate accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local doctors, healthcare providers, and referral networks from Colombo, Kurunaigela, Kandy and Jaffna.
  • Travelling to other cities to identify new opportunities and potential client bases.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Coordinate and support patient referral processes, including handling inquiries and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize events, seminars, and campaigns.
  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
