Job Overview:

We are hiring for our client, an international corporate travel management company, seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive - Corporate Travel to join their team. This role is pivotal in driving corporate travel sales by acquiring and managing corporate clients, fostering strong partnerships, and delivering tailored travel management solutions. Based in Colombo, you will play a key role in expanding the companys market presence, developing innovative sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, with a strong preference for experience in the travel or hospitality sector.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to present compelling solutions to clients.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel for client meetings, events, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Strategically target and onboard corporate clients by offering tailored travel management solutions, including packages, group travel, and incentive programs.
  • Territory Management: Conduct regular visits to corporate clients and travel companies within Colombo and nearby regions to strengthen market presence and drive sales.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop innovative strategies to generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and foster deeper client engagement. Proactively implement these strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and sustain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and B2B partners, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of market trends by conducting in-depth research on competitor activities, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities to position the company as a leader.
  • Performance Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide regular performance updates to management, ensuring transparency and alignment with company goals.
