Overview:
As a Programme Coordinator, you will be key to delivering a seamless educational experience by managing program schedules, supporting students, and coordinating with academic teams. This role ensures that all logistical, academic, and administrative aspects of the programs run smoothly, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in an academic or administrative role is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff
- Proficiency in managing schedules and academic resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the program calendar for different student batches, ensuring timely sign-offs and adherence to schedules.
- Distribute study materials, academic calendars, and other essential information to students for a smooth start to each program.
- Coordinate lectures by liaising with the academic team to align with the program calendar and ensure consistent delivery.
- Track and communicate all student payments, following up on any due payments to maintain financial organization.
- Work with the exam department to schedule and conduct exams according to the academic calendar.
- Conduct lecture evaluations regularly to maintain and improve teaching quality.
- Address student complaints, concerns, and suggestions, providing timely and relevant solutions.
- Offer student support throughout the program, helping to enhance completion rates and overall satisfaction
