About the job Travel Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Can effectively sell the destination as a holiday destination and be able to build & maintain strong business relationships with different types of suppliers, customers, and agents.
  • Maintains the company-stipulated quality standards in all dealings in line with the given SOP standards.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
  • Manage customers' accounts and agents.
  • To ensure problem-free customer service to the clients.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 02-03 years of work experience in the Travel and Tourism Industry. 
  • Experience in handling Indian clients will be considered an added advantage
  • Have an excellent command of English language and Computer literacy.
  • Possess good working knowledge of tourism-based operations (Including itinerary creation and tour costing).
  • Candidate should have a great passion for travel and should also have profound knowledge of inbound tourism.
  • Candidates should possess efficient and prompt response abilities, coupled with strong analytical skills, to effectively interact with customers.
  • Excellent in Excel to present detailed and clear travel cost estimates, with the ability to customize quotations to match the specific needs and preferences of clients.
