Qualifications:

• Degree / HND or Diploma in Engineering, Materials science, or a Related Technical field 
• 3-4 years of Hands-on Experience in the related field
• Energetic, Dynamic and Motivated Young Professional
• Verbal and Email Communications across a Broad Spectrum of Stakeholders
• Emphasis on Positive Attitude and Strong Interpersonal Skills 
• Must be an Avid Learner of Application Knowledge in Chemicals
• (Lubricants/Adhesives/etc.) would be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential clients, and emerging opportunities within the industrial solutions sector. 
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities while actively contributing to expanding our product offerings and diversification of product lines, capitalizing on market opportunities. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. 
• Collaborate with the senior management team to formulate and execute business development strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. 
• Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and contracts with new clients. 
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts. 
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on progress, challenges, and opportunities. 
• Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners, alliances, and collaborations to expand the company's reach and capabilities
