  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and convey buying decisions
  • High level of organization to manage multiple product lines and supplier interactions efficiently
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate the dynamic fashion footwear market
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, retail management, fashion or related fields is preferred Proficiency in computer software and tools for data analysis and inventory management

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify current and emerging fashion footwear trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings
  • Analyse sales data and track inventory level to make data-driven decisions on footwear purchase
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with footwear suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving any issues that arise
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for footwear purchase
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure that our footwear selection aligns with overall business goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news, events, and product releases to identify new footwear opportunities
  • Work within budgetary constraints to ensure a profitable and stylish footwear selection
  • Identify unique and innovative footwear products to differentiate our store from competitors
