About the Company: 

Our client specializes in the development and sales of premium residential properties and new exciting projects to be launched.

Responsibilities: 

  • Filing, organizing and maintaining legal files/documents and correspondence relating to group companies.
  • Assisting in Company Secretarial related work of the Group as and when assigned.
  • Assisting in the timely completion of legal documentation such as drafting, obtaining signatures, preparing deeds for registration etc.
  • Performing general administrative work such as handling confidential information, record keeping, preparing documents for circulation such as memos, letters, briefs etc. and ensuring timely handling, posting and/or delivery, arranging/scheduling transportation for staff
  • Dealing with clients and various institutions in person, via email, or by telephone and managing correspondence and responding to inquiries.
  • Scheduling, coordinating and arranging appointments and meetings
  • Liaising with Land Registry, Registrar Generals Department, Condominium Management Authority, CSE, SEC, BOI, ROC, FIU, IPO etc.

Qualifications: 

  • G.C.E (A/L) qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years post experience in Secretarial work, preferably in a legal department
  • Qualification in Paralegal studies will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English and computer skills, particularly MS Word/Excel
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
  • Age below 35 years
  • Gender -  Female
