About the job Secretary

About the role:

To perform administrative support tasks that are general secretarial in nature, which includes diary management, compiling of reports, furnishing information, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, responding to routine correspondence, following up on meetings, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Age should be below 35 years
  • Minimum of three (03) years working experience in a similar capacity
  • Secretarial or Administrative qualification from a recognized institution would be an advantage
  • Should be disciplined, proactive and self-motivated
  • Should have the ability to work independently and without constant supervision

Requirements:

  • Should possess an excellent command of English, both oral and written
  • Should have good PR and communication skills
  • Should be fully conversant in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (email), and the internet. High computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in general secretary functions and office administration
  • Ability to handle correspondence independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work on own initiative when required
  • Good office management, organizing skills and time management skills
