Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: NCH, HND, NAITA Certification, Diploma, or Degree in Interior Designing with a specialization in 3D drawing.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the interior design or related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in 3DS Max is a must.
  • Familiarity with CAD software for creating detailed drawings.
  • Knowledge of PVD/ELV drawings is an added advantage.
  • Experience with 3D walkthrough and fly-through creation.
• Additional Skills:
  • Strong understanding of textures and lighting techniques.
  • Excellent coordination and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings and coordinate effectively with clients.
• Develop 3D designs based on client/contractor specifications.
• Create shop drawings and layout plans.
• Assist interior designers, architects, and graphic designers in space planning and detailing.
• Construct Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawings and 3D visuals for presentations.
• Apply textures and appropriate lighting techniques to 3D models.
• Create 3D models from architectural plans, rough sketches, or real-life references.
• Design engaging 3D walkthroughs and fly-throughs.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project execution.
