We are looking to hire a "Full Stack Tech Lead (Angular + NodeJS)" for a client company in Colombo.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Angular and front-end development.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript-based web technologies, libraries, and frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in full-stack development.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, patterns, coding practices, and code quality standards.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the CTO and other company leads to set up the company's engineering structure for future growth.
  • Design and develop high-quality front-end applications using TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, AWS, and Git.
  • Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the development lifecycle, including both front-end and back-end development.
  • Ensure the performance, security, scalability, and optimization of applications, while advocating coding standards and engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate remotely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders using appropriate tools in a fully agile environment.
  • Document the design and implementation of the applications and ensure the technical documentation is clear and up to date.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies and frameworks that can improve the development process.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous innovation within the team.
