Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking to hire a "Sales & Marketing Executive" for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media advertising).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behavior.
• Use insights to inform sales and marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
• Generate high-quality leads through targeted marketing efforts and outreach activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Implement effective follow-up strategies to convert leads into sales.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create and manage sales forecasts and reports.
