Sales Manager/ Application Engineer - Steam and Spares Accessories

We are looking to hire a "Sales Manager/ Application Engineer - Steam and Spares Accessories" for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc Marketing or Business Management / NDT/NDES/HNDE/ City & Guilds (Mechanical Engineering)
• 1 to 2 years in Sales & Marketing of steam traps, PRV PRS & condensate recovery systems and possess a good knowledge of Application Engineering.
• Experience in a similar industry will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of walk-through steam audits and suggestions for improvement
• To possess knowledge of steam distribution and preparing reports for energy conservation.
• Market intelligence to understand competition strategies.
• Application Knowledge.
• Great presentation skills.
• Communication, negotiations, presentations, fast learner

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and market share goals.
• Identify and engage potential clients, cultivating long-term relationships and driving business growth.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring the optimal application of our products.
• Assist in the design and customization of solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
