Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products, services, or company procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a calm and friendly approach.
- Maintain records of conversations and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on unresolved queries.
- Meet individual and team performance targets, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala; proficiency in Tamil will be a strong advantage.
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.
