We are looking to hire a "Personal Assistant" for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy while handling heavy workloads.
  • Proactive and quick thinker, able to anticipate needs and take initiative to address them.
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel itineraries.
  • Anticipate the needs of senior management and proactively handle administrative tasks to optimize their productivity.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls and emails and responding on behalf of senior executives as appropriate.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in coordinating and managing various projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Track project progress, follow up on action items, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents and information.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple competing priorities to meet deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle unexpected challenges with composure and efficiency.
