Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handle correspondence, reports, and presentations with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure document organization and retrieval efficiency.
  • Assist with project coordination and tracking deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication between the CEO and various departments.
  • Represent the CEO in meetings and events when required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or related field (preferred).
  • 3 years of proven experience in executive-level administrative support.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (very important)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
