Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of work experience in risk and compliance in a manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of global, regional, and local compliance regulations in logistics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with stakeholders, including suppliers, government agencies, and internal teams.
- Strong analytical abilities to address challenges quickly and develop effective risk mitigation and compliance strategies.
- Proactive personality with innovative ideas and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Preferred age below 35 years.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and regulatory compliance of the business
- Risk Identification and Assessment
- Oversee the accuracy of all documentation for all supply chain activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage trade compliance, Investigate the issues properly with supporting, and all international trade requirements are met to resolve the issues.
- Continuously assess and improve supply chain processes
- Foster relationships with Customers and logistics providers to negotiate better terms, improve reliability.
- Overseeing marine Insurance.
