  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our IT services and drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing plans, campaigns, and tactics aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Implement digital marketing initiatives, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Develop and manage content for the company website, blog, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Leverage digital marketing tools and analytics to measure campaign performance, optimize lead generation, and improve online visibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead-generation strategies and campaigns targeting specific customer segments.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to capture, track, and nurture leads.
  • Support the development of sales collateral, presentations, and proposals to effectively communicate our IT services to potential clients.
  • Monitor lead conversion rates, analyze sales data, and provide insights to enhance lead generation and conversion processes.
  • Create compelling and engaging content to support marketing initiatives, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.
  • Develop marketing collateral, presentations, and sales materials that effectively communicate our IT services and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and insights for content creation.
  • Ensure content is optimized for search engines, aligned with brand guidelines, and tailored to target audiences.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, including webinars, conferences, trade shows, and client seminars.
  • Support the development of event marketing materials, promotions, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, booth setup, equipment, and materials for successful event execution.
  • Monitor event performance and provide recommendations for future events to maximize impact.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze market data and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and campaign development.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and IT service trends to provide insights for marketing initiatives.
