Management Trainee

We are looking to hire a Management Trainee for our company based in Colombo. 

Requirements:

• Following a Diploma or degree in HR, Business Management, or a relevant field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English is a must.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations is a plus.
