We are looking to hire an "Executive/ Senior Executive for Sales & Marketing" for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years work experience in a similar role will be advantageous.
  • Successful completion of GCE (A/L) & GCE (O/L).
  • Between 22 to 35 - male/female
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Gensoft is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
  • Collaborate in a Fast-Paced Environment: Work closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, solve problems, and ensure project milestones are met within designated timelines.
  • Execute Tasks with Precision: Pay close attention to detail while executing tasks to ensure accuracy and maintain high-quality standards throughout project execution.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactively identify challenges and obstacles that may arise during project execution and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks and maintain project momentum.
  • Utilize Gensoft Proficiency: Leverage proficiency in Gensoft software to streamline processes, manage data effectively, and optimize workflow efficiency where applicable.
  • Adhere to Job Requirements and Standards: Ensure compliance with job requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies and procedures while executing tasks and projects.
  • Contribute to Team Success: Actively participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute ideas to enhance team collaboration and achieve collective goals.
  • Maintain Professionalism and Ethical Standards: Uphold professional ethics and integrity in all interactions, maintaining confidentiality and respecting the privacy of sensitive information.
  • Continuously Enhance Skills and Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements relevant to the role to continuously improve skills and contribute effectively to the team's success.
