Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years in sales, marketing, or brand management, with a proven track record of achieving set monthly revenue targets.
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and promotional strategies.
  • Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with vendors, attend industry events, and ensure ongoing success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new vendors or partners to enhance our service offerings, contributing to the expansion of our network.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships through effective negotiation and collaboration.
  • Ensure a diverse range of vendors aligns with the company's target audience and business objectives.
  • Conduct regular visits to vendors for troubleshooting and provide training on relevant functionalities to enhance performance and user experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to offer strategic advice and propose new opportunities to vendors.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to execute partnership strategies and achieve growth objectives.+
