Qualifications:
- Ability to function with a high level of autonomy, multi-task, meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent team player with outstanding interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales and Marketing.
- In-depth knowledge in crafting out Marketing Strategies, Solutions and brand building.
- Experience in International marketing, preferably in wellness skincare industry
Responsibilites:
- Trade Marketing: Understand the requirements for each customer, develop appropriate plans, presentations, and materials to achieve agreed objectives, and nurture customer/stakeholder relationships.
- Research: Using a combination of reports based on trends, community feedback, and other research initiatives, uncover critical insights to understand what consumers are looking for and what drives them to choose and stay loyal to our brand.
- Analytics: Interrogate category trends and sales performance to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities for optimization, innovation, and growth.
- Reporting: Effectively and regularly track and report the right brand and product metrics in order to generate actionable insights that lead to decisions or actions to drive incremental value.
