We are looking to hire an "Assistant Finance Manager & Operations" for one of our clients. This position is based in Indonesia. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in finance and operations management, preferably in the spices or food industry.
  • Fully or partly qualified in CIMA/ACCA/CA certification preferred.
  • Proficient in financial software and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and recommend strategic solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis.
  • Conduct cost analysis and identify areas for potential cost savings.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide insights to improve profitability.
  • Oversee procurement and sourcing activities to ensure optimal pricing and quality of raw materials.
  • Coordinate production schedules and manage inventory levels effectively.
  • Implement efficient processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce wastage.
  • Supervise and mentor operations team members to ensure productivity and adherence to company standards.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies and promotional plans.
  • Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgeted targets and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and cash flow to maintain liquidity.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports for management and stakeholders.
