Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business
    Administration, or related fields.
  • 10-15 years of progressive experience in marketing, retail promotions, or brand management, preferably in a mall, retail, or hospitality sector.
  • Proven success in managing large teams and leading complex
    marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics
    platforms.
  • Expertise in event planning, campaign management, and brand
    collaborations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Age between 35 45.

Responsibilites:

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive annual marketing strategy to achieve the mall's revenue and branding objectives.
  • Plan and execute large-scale marketing campaigns, including mall-wide promotions, festive events, and co-branded activations.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of social media campaigns, ensuring innovative content and consistent engagement.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Drive sponsorships and partnerships to optimize revenue from promotional spaces and events.
  • Conduct market research and surveys to gather insights on customer behavior and preferences.
  • Identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive benchmarks to innovate marketing initiatives that align with business goals
  • Oversee the creation and execution of digital and offline campaigns
    to enhance mall visibility and engagement.
  • Oversee the development of website content, email marketing,
    and influencer collaborations to drive digital traffic.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between marketing, operations,
    and leasing teams for event execution and tenant promotions.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness, footfall trends, and tenant sales
    to evaluate marketing ROI and implement improvements.
  • Utilize data analytics to forecast trends and refine marketing
    strategies to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align marketing plans with
    overall mall operations and business strategies.
