Qualifications:

  • G.C.E. A/L or higher qualifications.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a coordination role, preferably within an engineering environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Preferred age: Below 35 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating engineering projects and activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
  • Handle correspondence and documentation, maintaining clear communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, project timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to engineering projects and activities.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other departments to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Support the team in resolving issues and addressing any challenges that arise during project development.
  • Provide administrative support to the Engineering Division as needed.
