Qualifications:

  • Experience in a sales support role is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Collaborative spirit with a strong commitment to team success.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating sales team activities and managing schedules.
  • Respond to client inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Help maintain and update sales documentation and client records.
  • Support the creation of sales presentations and promotional materials.
  • Work alongside the marketing team to synchronize sales efforts.
  • Aid in tracking sales metrics and compiling reports for the leadership team.
  • Provide the sales team with resources needed for peak performance.
