We are looking to hire an "Associate Sales Coordinator" for one of our clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications or coursework in sales or marketing would be advantageous.
- Experience in a sales support role is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Collaborative spirit with a strong commitment to team success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating sales team activities and managing schedules.
- Respond to client inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
- Help maintain and update sales documentation and client records.
- Support the creation of sales presentations and promotional materials.
- Work alongside the marketing team to synchronize sales efforts.
- Aid in tracking sales metrics and compiling reports for the leadership team.
- Provide the sales team with resources needed for peak performance.
