Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience as a Cashier, Sales Coordinator, Showroom Sales, or similar role.
- Proven previous experience in the IT industry will be an added advantage.
- Processing the orders via the "ERP" system, ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time, and issuing invoices promptly.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle three languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing
correspondence, and answering phone calls. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
