About the job Customer Care Executive
We are looking to hire a "Customer Care Executive" for a client company in Colombo.
Qualifications:
- Have to be between 20 - 30 years of age.
- Should possess GCE O/L, and GCE A/L qualifications.
- Prior work experience in a similar related position will be an asset.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential.
- Should have a pleasant, warm, and outgoing personality.
- Reasonable computer skills, especially in MS Office.
- Should be willing to work on a roster basis and on holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for enhancing aspects of the Mall Customer experience and submitting timely reports to the Management.
- Required to monitor all areas of the Mall to ensure international standards of services and assets are maintained.
- Efficiently manage the Customer Service Desk and handle customer issues such as queries, complaints, and comments professionally and courteously.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure Mall operations run smoothly.
