Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Lead Operations Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the marketing and accounts teams, ensuring all campaigns are executed efficiently.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
  • Manage the production and delivery of marketing materials, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for various marketing channels.
  • Maintain and build relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Education qualification in business and/or Marketing or relevant experience.
  • Experience in handling/working with a team.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external Teams.
