Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead Operations Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Oversee the marketing and accounts teams, ensuring all campaigns are executed efficiently.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
- Manage the production and delivery of marketing materials, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for various marketing channels.
- Maintain and build relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education qualification in business and/or Marketing or relevant experience.
- Experience in handling/working with a team.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external Teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
