About the Company:
Our client is a leading consumer electronics company, known for providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to support their sales team in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring the effective execution of sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in coordinating day-to-day sales activities and ensuring smooth operations.
- Handle communication and correspondence with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Maintain and organize sales records, reports, and client databases.
- Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and sales-related activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with the logistics team to ensure product availability.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
- Ensure the timely resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.
Qualifications:
- G.C.E. A/L or higher qualifications.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office package.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle coordination, correspondence, and work under pressure.
- Possess good interpersonal and strong PR skills.
- Preferred age: Below 35 years.
Location: Sri Lanka
Salary: Salary starting from Rs. 55,000.00 (Depends on Experience and Qualifications)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
- Saturday: Half Day (8:30 AM 1:30 PM)
