  • Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold and inbound calls to potential clients to introduce DigiQuarters' services and build initial relationships.
  • Communicate with clients through phone, email, and other platforms to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Translate client briefs into actionable tasks for the design and development teams, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive database of clients, leads, and communication history.
  • Develop and implement lead generation and conversion strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and keep updated on the latest industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client projects and campaigns.
  • Prepare and present performance reports for clients, highlighting campaign results and actionable insights.
  • Handle client queries and provide timely solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and proposing tailored solutions
