Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Officer to support financial advisers in delivering exceptional financial services to clients. This role involves administrative and operational responsibilities, ensuring seamless client interactions, accurate data management, and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist financial advisers in implementing financial advice and client solutions.
  • Liaise with investment and insurance providers to gather and verify necessary data.
  • Prepare and complete essential documents, including new applications, investment switches, and product-related paperwork.
  • Ensure all aspects of a financial advisers ongoing service commitments are met.
  • Enter and manage client data within Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Maintain and update technical reference materials, including adviser guides, investment research, and in-house financial calculators.
  • Participate in peer reviews of financial advice to ensure compliance and best practices across the company.
  • Handle additional tasks and ad hoc assignments as required.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all company and client-related information.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to handle financial documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with advisers, providers, and clients.
  • Familiarity with financial products, investments, and insurance is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data entry is preferred.
