We are looking for a talented TikTok Marketing Associate who is passionate about creating innovative, engaging content for various brands. Join their team and help bring fresh ideas to life!

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in creating engaging TikTok content (Portfolio or TikTok handle required).
  • Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms, trends, and video editing tools.
  • Creativity with the ability to generate ideas quickly and adapt to the latest platform trends.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work on multiple projects for different brands simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools) is a plus.
  • Passion for storytelling and a good understanding of brand aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing strategies across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative TikTok content strategies for multiple brands, aligning with their brand identity and target audience.
  • Create short-form, engaging video content, including challenges, trends, and campaigns that resonate with the TikTok community.
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, and other team members to produce innovative content that enhances brand visibility and drives engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure content is relevant and cutting-edge.
  • Manage and grow brand TikTok accounts, ensuring consistent posting schedules and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Analyze the success of TikTok campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Engage with the TikTok audience by responding to comments, and DMs, and participating in relevant conversations to build strong online communities.
  • Coordinate TikTok influencer partnerships, helping brands to collaborate with creators for authentic promotion.
  • Report on content performance, engagement rates, and brand growth to both internal teams and clients.
