Job Overview:
The Student Admissions Intern will assist the admissions team in handling the recruitment, enrollment, and admissions processes for prospective students. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in student admissions and higher education administration within a globally connected institution.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or admissions role is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in responding to inquiries from prospective students via email, phone, and in person.
  • Support the admissions team with student application processing, including document collection and verification.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in student recruitment events, open days, and information sessions.
  • Coordinate admissions interviews and liaise with prospective students on necessary admission steps.
  • Maintain accurate and organized student records in the admissions database.
  • Provide support in the creation of admission materials and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure seamless student onboarding.
  • Helped track and follow up with potential applicants to ensure completion of the enrollment process.
  • Perform other admissions-related duties as assigned by the team.

Duration: 6 Months (Based on performance, candidates may be considered for a permanent position)
