Engineer AC Service, Breakdown & Maintenance

We are looking to hire an "Engineer AC Service, Breakdown & Maintenance" for a client company in Colombo.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering from a recognized institute.
• Overall 05 years of experience including more than 3 years of experience in Air Conditioner service, maintenance & breakdown.
• Sound Knowledge and experience in handling Services and breakdowns in split-type Air Conditioners.
• Communication and people management skills.
• Time management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Should be able to work with ERP and Corporate systems.
• Fluency in English and Sinhala
• Fluency in Tamil is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems and related equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of AC units to diagnose issues and implement corrective actions.
• Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless service experience.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians as needed.
