Qualifications:
- Young, energetic, performance-driven individual with a proven track record of managing teams and motivating individuals to perform.
- Should possess a MBA, bachelor degree or diploma in hospitality Management or Business management.
- At least 10 years' experience in a managerial role and 3 years' experience in a Senior Manager role. Experience in the Restaurant or Hospitality industry is mandatory.
- Should be innovative, dynamic and able to work on tight deadlines around the clock where your creativity will be challenged.
- Should possess strong interpersonal skills and have an analytical mindset.
- Should be result-oriented and be able to bring in fresh and innovative ideas to the business.
Responsibilities:
- Should be responsible for the overall operations. Capable in developing oping separate business plans to increase guest traffic and APC, enhance GP margins, identifying and evaluating competitors and motivating staff to achieve organizational KPIs.
- Managing restaurant P&L's.
- Maintaining operation standards and product quality by adhering to policies and standards set by the brand.
- Maintains parent company satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage and service offerings, initiating improvements, and building relationships with preferred parent companies.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in the restaurant industry, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
- Maintaining and improving overall customer experience & satisfaction by providing top-class service and products.
- Achieving company goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
