Head of Technical for Cloud Solutions & Cyber Security

We are looking to hire a "Head of Technical for Cloud Solutions & Cyber Security" for one of our client companies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in cloud solutions architecture and cybersecurity, preferably within an MSP environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and mentoring technical teams.
  
• In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-based services.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing cybersecurity strategies, including knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and AWS Certified Solutions Architects are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the technical team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional development and growth within the organization.
• Foster a collaborative environment where cross-functional teams can seamlessly deliver exceptional services to clients.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced cloud solutions tailored to meet clients' specific needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to cloud services and leverage this knowledge to enhance the company's offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures to protect clients' data and infrastructure.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate security measures.
• Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats and develop proactive strategies to effectively mitigate risks
• Serve as a technical advisor for clients, comprehending their business requirements and recommending suitable cloud solutions and cybersecurity measures.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their technical needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company's client base.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance the company's technical capabilities and service offerings.
