Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma related to Logistics /Supply Chain Management will be beneficial.
- Proven experience in 1-2 in a similar capacity.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Coordination with Overseas agents and customers and get the bookings and handle all the Customer service functions related to a particular shipment.
- Coordination with Shipping Lines and airlines for bookings.
- Coordination with clients to get the shipping documents.
- Maintain Daily Status Reports and update the clients.
- Costing/Billing Preparations of shipments.
- Maintain management reports.
- Update shipment tracking systems and provide clients with real-time updates on the status of their cargo.
